Blimps never really caught on, did they? Tragic, since they would have been great; enormous floating people-movers streaming through our cities. Congestion-free streets. No road repair work ever again. Just large, silent, air-swimming glide-o-matics taking you up above the city on your commute, and never spending another dark day elbowing your way through the subway system.
